Broomfield, Colo. – August 27, 2008 – Range Fuels, Inc., a company focused on green energy and the production of cellulosic ethanol, announced today that Greg King has joined the company's Board of Directors. King brings a 15 year track record in the refining and marketing industry to the company. King currently serves as President of GCK Ventures, LLC, a private consulting firm. He was previously with Valero, North America's largest refining company, most recently serving as the company’s president and having held positions including chief operating officer and general counsel. While at Valero, King was a key architect in transforming Valero from a regional natural gas pipeline and liquids company with a single refinery to the largest refining company in North America.
"Greg's extensive experience in the oil refining business and expertise in transportation fuels logistics will greatly enhance our Board of Directors' already deep-rooted understanding of the evolving energy landscape,” said Range Fuels' CEO, Mitch Mandich.

King holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from the University of Houston.
