Broomfield, Colo. – June 24, 2008 – Range Fuels, Inc., a company focused on green energy and the production of cellulosic ethanol, has named Pat Wood III to its Board of Directors. Wood brings two decades of energy regulatory and energy infrastructure development experience to the position.
Wood currently serves as Principal at Wood3 Resources, an energy-infrastructure development business focused on clean power generation, independent transmission, and natural gas facilities. He is also actively engaged as a strategic advisor and independent director to several firms involved in the development of energy infrastructure and power generation. Additionally, he formerly chaired the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Public Utility Commission of Texas, where he designed much of the state's power-deregulation plan.

Wood holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
